According to the point II/16,
the holding of elections of bodies of legal entities and meetings of the bodies of legal entities, except for the bodies of local governments, in case they are attended by more than 20 people in one place is limited in a way that:
a) participation is prohibited to the participant who
i) shows clinical symptoms of Covid-19 disease, or
ii) is not a child above 12 years old, does not meet the conditions stipulated in point II/17, or does not have a negative RT-PCR test results for SARS CoV-2, which he underwent no more than 72 hours ago
c) orders the operator to control the participant’s fulfillment of conditions stipulated in letter a) point ii) when they enter indoor premises, and orders to the participant to demonstrate such conditions stipulated in leter a) point ii); if the participant does not demonstrate the fulfillment of such condtitions, the operator is obliged not to allow such participant to enter the indoor premises.
