Pravidla pro poskytování akutní a neakutní lůžkové péče

According to the point I. (only in Czech) to all providers of health services: 

a) Acute inpatient care (hereinafter referred to as the acute retirement care provider ’) is mandated to be adopted CoV-2 measures referred to in point II. with effect from 7 April 2021 in order to ensure the necessary and adequate staffing, material and technical capacity to provide health services to patients with COVID-19 caused by the new SARS-19 coronavirus 

b) follow-up and long-term inpatient care, including follow-up intensive care (hereinafter referred to as the “inpatient care provider”), is ordered with effect from 7 April 2021 to ensure the necessary and adequate personnel, material and technical capacities to provide health services to patients with COVID -19 caused by the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 measures referred to in point III.

According to the point II. (only in Czech) to all providers of intensive care  services: 

a) restriction of admission of new patients for the purpose of providing planned care according to § 5 par. 1 let. d) of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and conditions of their provision, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Health Services Act11),

b)continuous maintenance of acute inpatient care capacities, including intensive care capacities, intended for patients with COVID-19 disease, according to the current epidemiological situation and according to the predictions of the need for inpatient care,

c) continuous release of acute inpatient care beds by transferring patients to follow-up or long-term care, or by releasing patients to home care, in all cases where translation or discharge of the patient is possible without endangering the patient's health,

d) to coordinate its activities with the regional coordinator of intensive care, who is entitled to regulate the activities of health service providers and to control it according to § 82 par. I) of Act No. 258/2000 Coll.

According to the point III. (only in Czech) to all providers of follow-up care

a) continuous release of aftercare beds for the purpose of admitting patients transferred from acute inpatient care,

b) providing maximum cooperation to providers of acute inpatient care in providing patient translations in order to free up the capacity of acute inpatient care,

c) to coordinate its activities with the regional coordinator of intensive care, who is entitled to regulate the activities of health service providers and to control it according to § 82 par. I) of Act No. 258/2000 Coll.
