The possibility for foreigners to change employers in the Czech Republic without having to meet the condition of six months of previous employment in the Czech Republic is approved.

Government of the Czech Republic: 

according to point I. (only in Czech), orders to foreigners who hold an employee card or blue card to notify the Ministry of the Interior of the change of employer no later than on the day of new employment commencement, if they are an employer implementing crisis measures or assisting in the implementation of crisis measures in an emergency; the conditions for the performance of employment are considered to be fulfilled by the notification made if at the same time a sworn statement of the employer implementing or assisting in the implementation of crisis measures in times of emergency, is submitted, which is published by the Ministry of the Interior; the Ministry of the Interior does not issue a notice of compliance with the conditions.

according to point II. (only in Czech), the government approves the possibility for foreigners to change employers in the Czech Republic without having to meet the condition of six months of previous employment in the Czech Republic (§ 42g par. (7) of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., about the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic and amending certain acts, as amended later regulations).
