The best thing is to have a copy of your trade license (usually a picture of it on your phone should be enough). You can also tell them your IČO (company identification number) as a clear identification of your business which allow quick verification in the database of businesses. One person can enter using one IČO.

Q: Can an employee enter the shop instead of the business owner?

Yes, with relevant power of attorney (does not have to be officially verified) and relevant IČO (company identification number).
