Covid - Culture for non-state operators of publicly accessible cultural monuments
Purpose/conditions for drawing:
Support may be applied for by business entities that operate publicly accessible immovable cultural monuments throughout the year or seasonally, which prove a minimum annual attendance of 3,000 visitors in 2019, or (in cases of total closure in 2019 for more than three months) in any of the previous three years of operation of the activity, other than state ownership, which are in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic, such as in particular:
- monuments owned by churches
- archaeological parks and open-air museums
The maximum amount of support: for non-state operators of publicly accessible cultural monuments, the maximum amount of the subsidy per entity is CZK 4 million. The subsidy is provided for operating costs that relate to the operation of a cultural immovable monument in the form of a flat rate from the difference between tickets sold in 2019 for March, April, May, October, November and December and in 2020 for the same months. This difference will be multiplied by CZK 100 (ie the flat rate is CZK 100 per ticket). The subsidy may not exceed 80% of the average operating costs related to the activity of operating the monument in 2020 for the relevant period.
Applicable period: March 1st 2020 to May 31st 2020 and October 1st 2020 to December 31st 2020.
Receipt of application: from Thursday, June 17th 2021 from 9 am to 21th September 2021 to 11:59 pm
Method of submitting the application: It is assumed that the form will be submitted via the information system accessible from the AIS MIT Portal. Attention! Before starting work on the portal, it is necessary to set up an active identity of a natural person (account), the so-called eIdentity. Applications can be submitted, modified and evaluated, but the release of grant funds will be possible only after the notification of the Program by the European Commission, which is still ongoing. All necessary confirmations and forms are prepared for the applicant in the information system.
