CURRENTLY: An amendment extending the deadline for submitting applications to 14 June 2021 came into force on 20 May.
The aim of the program is to help event companies organising trade fairs, congresses and related B2B events, which have been affected, to maintain the trade fair infrastructure, including related services.
Purpose/conditions: The state will provide assistance in the amount of up to 60% of uncovered costs, resp. 40% for entities with ownership participation of the state or territorial self-governing unit of the Czech Republic. Uncovered costs are considered to be a loss reduced by other subsidies from programs such as COVID - Rent, COVID - Culture and the Antivirus program.
The maximum amount of aid: The aid limit per applicant is 20 million CZK.
Decisive period: 1 March to 31 October 2020
Receipt of application: Starting from 6 April 2021 at 9 AM until 14 June 2021
Method of submission: Through the information system accessible from the AIS MIT Portal. Pay attention! Before working on the portal, it is necessary to establish an active identity of a physical person (account), the so-called eIdentity. Applications can be submitted, modified and evaluated, but the release of grant funds will be possible only after the notification of the Program by the European Commission, which is still ongoing. All necessary confirmations and forms are prepared for the applicant in the information system.
