From August 1st, a maximum of 7,000 spectators will be able to attend film, theater, music and other outdoor festivals. 3,000 spectators will be able to attend indoor performances, while it will be possible to fully fill the capacity of the auditorium.
For events held in spaces with a capacity of more than 3,000 spectators, the remaining capacity can be filled, but only on condition that all spectators over the limit of 3,000 will either be fully vaccinated or will meet the condition of having Covid-19 in the past.
In the standing sectors, it will be necessary to observe the maximum possible distance from other spectators.
Rules and recommendations
Theater, movie and music performances can take place.
Upon arrival, everyone must prove that one of the following conditions is met:
have a negative PCR test not exceeding 7 days old,
have a negative POC (so-called antigenic) test not exceeding 72 hours old,
have a laboratory confirmation of having recovered from covid-19 disease in the period not longer than 180 days before the day of the event.
having got vaccinated, provided the last dose (i.e., in case of a two-dose vaccination scheme, the second one, in case of a single-dose vaccination scheme, the first one) has been administered at least 14 days prior to the event.
In addition, everyone present must have a respirator on at all times without an exhalation valve of min. class FFP2 (KN95 / N95).
The total number of spectators present may not exceed 5,000 persons. Spectators can also stand, but they must keep a distance of at least 2 meters (except for people from one household).
The auditorium may be filled to a maximum of 75% of its capacity and the total number of persons may not exceed 2000 persons.
If the performance takes place in spaces with a capacity of more than 2000 seated persons, 50% of the total capacity for seated spectators may be occupied.
It is possible to consume food and drinks in the auditorium, but please, put on a respirator immediately after drinking or eating.
From July 19th, the organizers of mass events, which are expected to be attended by more than 1,000 people (daily), must notify the local relevant regional hygiene station.
This notice must include the date, time and place of the event, the expected number of participants and the telephone number of the event organizer.
For events held before July 22nd (including), the organizers must do so without delay. For events held from July 23rd, it is necessary to do so no later than 5 days before the start of the event.
