Rules and recommendations

In-person attendance of students in schools is not allowed. Children are being taught through distance education.

Currently, the home office is recommended to all pedagogical professions. You should teach from home. If you do not have the necessary equipment at home, you can go to the school to teach e.g. from an empty classroom. Please follow all hygienic regulations, especially: wearing your mask, disinfecting your hands, and social distancing.

Distance education is a new challenge not only for the students but the teachers as well. Many of us are learning with online tools as we go along. Please see that you are not only broadening your own horizons but also helping all of your students. The teacher's explanation is irreplaceable and your students will appreciate your effort to explain everything to them, at least remotely.

The current situation is very psychologically taxing. Especially in terms of the added stress that this new type of education brings. Do not be afraid to ask for help. For more information, look in the section on Stress and coping with the impacts of the pandemic. If you need any help with the technological aspects, do not be afraid to ask your children for help. They will gladly help you and pass on their experience.
