Employees are currently protected by the Labor Code as usual.
All institutes contained in the Labor Code apply regardless of whether a state of emergency is declared. Even in a state of emergency, the employer cannot deviate from the legal boundaries. At the same time, the employee, as the so-called weaker unit, is very strongly protected by law.
In practice, this means that you have the same rights as you have had so far. But so you have all your responsibilities.
