Traveling by car

Rules and recommendations

It is not necessary to have your mouth and nose covered in the car with a respirator or a mask, even when traveling with persons from another household.

However, the obligation to have the mouth and nose covered with a respirator or other protective device without an exhalation valve with a filtration efficiency of at least 94% (class FFP2 / KN 95), still remains in taxis.
