Rules and recommendations
Meeting in publicly accessible places of up to 20 people is not restricted, however, remember to follow basic hygiene rules.
Meetings of a larger number of people are possible after meeting one of the following conditions:
- have a negative PCR test, not more than 7 days old,
- have a negative POC (so-called antigenic) test not more than 72 hours old,
- Have a laboratory confirmation of having recovered from covid-19 disease in the period not longer than 180 days before the day of the event.
- have at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or in the case of a single-dose vaccine, at least 14 days must have passed since vaccination,
Indoors, pay attention to the obligation to wear nose and mouth protective equipment (FFP2 respirator, KN 95), except for children under 6 years of age. Outdoors, the same obligation applies when meeting more than 30 people and not following the 2-meter distancing.
The current situation is very hard for maintaining mental well-being. If you have mental health problems due to isolation, use the information from the Psychological Help section.
Of course, online platforms do not replace personal contact. Nevertheless, meeting other people is not recommended, in the case of necessary contact, choose outdoor areas and wear masks or respirators. With others, try to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters. We still recommend limiting contact with other people to what is absolutely necessary.
