Christmas concerts

Christmas concerts are allowed to take place. Regardless of the location, a maximum of 1000 persons present applies.

For concerts with more than 20 persons present applies:

All persons present and above 12 years of age must prove having met one of the following conditions:

  • having survived a COVID-19 infection not longer than 180 days prior to the concert, this has to be certified by a laboratory
  • having got vaccinated, provided the last dose (i.e., in case of a two-dose vaccination scheme, the second one, in case of a single-dose vaccination scheme, the first one) has been administered at least 14 days prior to the concert.

Children under 18 years of age, persons in which the vaccination is contraindicated and semi-vaccinated persons may prove having met the conditions also using a negative RT-PCR test result, provided the testing has taken place not longer than 72 hours prior to the concert.

Additionally, all persons present have to let their respirators (for children under 15 years of age a surgical face mask is sufficient) put on during the entire concert.

Carol singing

The number of choir singers allowed to attend a rehearsal or a choir performance is limited to 50 at a time, the singers have to ensure a safe distance of at least 1.5 meters from each other.

They are allowed to take their respirators off only while singing (during a rehearsal or performance), otherwise they are obligated to let the respirators put on.

Prior to a performance or a rehearsal, all persons present and above 12 years of age have to prove

  • having survived a COVID-19 infection not longer than 180 days prior to the concert, this has to be certified by a laboratory
  • having got vaccinated, provided the last dose (i.e., in case of a two-dose vaccination scheme, the second one, in case of a single-dose vaccination scheme, the first one) has been administered at least 14 days prior to the rehearsal or performance
  • children under 18 years of age, persons in which the vaccination is contraindicated and semi-vaccinated persons may prove having met the conditions also using a negative RT-PCR test result, provided the testing has taken place not longer than 72 hours prior to the rehearsal or performance.
