At the same time, telephone assistance is offered by several other non-profit entities or regions. Regional and municipal hotlines are intended for citizens living in the relevant region or municipality.

Hradec Králové Region
The Náchod Regional Hospital has set up a special hotline 491 601 000 where seniors aged 70+ who are not yet registered in the central system can book an appointment for vaccination by telephone. The line operates on weekdays from 8 am to 1 pm.
The region also has its own portal dedicated to the pandemic situation in the region.
Ústí Region

Prague
+420 800 160 166 - the capital city has been operating this free coronavirus information hotline in cooperation with non-profit organizations since spring 2020. Newly, from Friday, January 15th, from noon, this line can also be used to assist seniors over the age of 80 with registration for vaccination in the Central Reservation System, and operators handle any questions about vaccination here. They also provide information on the assistance that city districts offer to residents.
The line operates: Mon and Wed 8am - 6pm, Tue and Thu 8am - 3pm, Fri 8am - 2.30pm.

Ostrava
+420 800 199 922 - a toll-free line to help seniors register for vaccinations and, where if necessary, can be arranged a personal visit at home. The seniors will then be assisted with filling in the form directly at their place of residence by police officers or volunteers from Adra. Seniors 75+ can also apply for covid vaccination registration on the number listed. The line is in operation from Monday to Thursday between 8am and 3.30pm.

Valašské Klobouky
The city of Valašské Klobouky is setting up an assistance hotline on the telephone number 737 924 568, which will be operated by employees of the Department of Social Affairs. It is available for senior citizens who find themselves alone and without the necessary help as a result of the measures, as well as for people in quarantine. They will be able to request the purchase of groceries or medicines over the phone. The service will accept orders on the above number on weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm, and purchases will be delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the afternoon through city police staff.
