Dose interval for two-dose vaccines
The interval between the first and second dose of vaccine is governed by the manufacturer's recommendations, which are given in the SPC of the vaccine - Comirnaty, Spikevax, Vaxzevria and Nuvaxovid. When registering, you can choose the date of the second dose according to the dates offered.
Janssen vaccine is a single-dose vaccine.
The Czech Vaccinology Society of the Czech Medical Association JEP warns that late administration of the second dose of vaccine leads to the late achievement of maximum vaccination efficiency. In case of incorrect administration after a shorter interval, according to the recommendation of the Czech Vaccinology Society of The Czech Medical Association JEP, the incorrectly administered dose of the vaccine will not be repeated.

Having Covid-19 in the past
As of Friday, June 25th, the Ministry of Health is canceling the 90-day period, during which people have not been able to book a vaccination date after having Covid-19. Antibodies obtained by having the disease in the past are not a contraindication to vaccination. The aim is to speed up vaccination in this large group of people, with regard to the occurrence of mutations.
In practice, this means that people who have had Covid-19 in the past 90 days, can at the end of their isolation register and after receiving a text message with PIN 2, they can make an appointment. Until now, these persons could register in the system during the 90 day period after their positive PCR test but the system allowed them to make an appointment after three months.

Contact with a person suffering from Covid-19
According to the recommendation of the Czech Vaccinology Society of the Czech Medical Association of JEP, vaccination of persons in quarantine due to contact with a covid-19 positive person can start immediately after the end of quarantine.
Treatment with Covid-19 monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma
There are currently no data on the safety and efficacy of covid-19 vaccines in persons who have received monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma. Based on the estimated half-life of these products and the above findings on the duration of protection, which suggest that reinfection is unusual within 3 to 6 months after the previous infection, the Czech Vaccinology Society of the Czech Medical Association of JEP recommends postponing vaccination for 3 months after receiving monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma. The reason for postponing vaccination is to prevent possible interference between antibody treatment and the vaccine-induced immune response.
Interchangeability of vaccines from different manufacturers
The Czech Vaccinology Society of the Czech Medical Association of JEP points out that in the case of a two-dose vaccination schedule, it is necessary to use the same vaccine for the second dose. Vaccines from different manufacturers are not interchangeable. However, in case of incorrect application of the second dose from another manufacturer, according to the Czech Vaccinology Society of the Czech Medical Association of JEP, this dose is also calculated and the next dose is not indicated.
Simultaneous application of other vaccines
Due to the lack of data on the safety and efficacy of vaccination against Covid-19 when administering another vaccine simultaneously, the Czech Vaccinology Society of the Czech Medical Association of JEP does not recommend the simultaneous administration of any other vaccines. The administration of another vaccine (live-attenuated and non-live) is recommended at least 14 days after a dose of the covid-19 vaccine. However, if another vaccine is inadvertently administered within this 14-day period, it is not necessary to repeat the dose of any of the vaccines.
